You're called to an intoxicated person in his garage. While the patient is acting delirious and talking to the unicorns, there is no evidence of alcoholic beverages at the scene. The patient has enough facial mucus discharge to indicate he may have been pepper sprayed but PD denies it. The patient was also incontinent of all bodily functions in a rather spectacular fashion. The patient's wife advises the patient was gardening prior to the EMS call.
What is going on with the patient and why do you feel this way?
